Software Evaluation
Testing vehicle software for bugs, system reliability, and ease of use to ensure a seamless and dependable driver experience.
Compliance Evaluation
Helping you navigate complex vehicle laws and ADR requirements with independent assessments that confirm your vehicle is 100% up to code.
Vehicle Evaluation
A complete physical and mechanical audit of your vehicle. From detecting hidden rust and QA issues to reviewing handling, braking, performance and noise levels (NVH).
About Me
My name is Suban – Mechanical Engineer (UTS)
My recent work has focused heavily on the DEEPAL E07, S07, S05 and FOTON Tunland V7, V9 projects navigating complex compliance, validating software reliability, and refining vehicle systems for the Australian market in collaboration with international teams. I don’t just deliver reports; I provide the professional insight and commercial clarity needed to launch your vehicles into the Australian market with confidence.

A few things I’m great at:
Success in the Australian market requires more than just meeting paper standards. I provide a hands-on validation process designed to uncover real-world issues before they reach the consumer, ensuring every vehicle is truly ready for local conditions.

Real World Route Selection
I identify and utilise specific Australian test routes that push a vehicle’s suspension, cooling, drivetrain & software to their limits. I ensure the car is tested in the actual environments where your customers will drive.

Stress & Durability Testing
I am “obsessive” about the details. I physically test every touchpoint and component—poking, prodding, and stressing systems under reasonable conditions to find the breaking points before a customer does.

Edge Case Discovery
I specialise in finding the “hidden” bugs. By intentionally trying to confuse the software and hardware interfaces, I uncover edge-case failures in user logic and system reliability that standard checklists often miss.
Constant Learning
2001 Toyota Camry GTP Wagon
I’ve TRD Super Charged & 5 Speed Manual Swapped my personal Toyota Camry GTP Wagon. I’ve also installed a TRD – Exhuast, Strut Bar, Big Brake Kit and Bucket Seats. Finishing the build of on some Volk Racing TE37’s. I have 2 Super Charged Camrys, where 1 is undergoing an AWD conversion.
Engineering Passion
1990 Nissan Pulsar GTiR
My passion for engineering started with the wild creations of 90s OEMs. This RNN14 Nissan Pulsar GTi-R is a factory-built rally icon that I’ve used as my personal hands on testbed for years. Powered by a turbocharged 2.0L, 4CYL, SR20DET and a full-time 4WD system, this car taught me exactly how mechanical changes affect a vehicle’s DNA.
From upgrading suspension and brake components to modifying power increase systems, I’ve seen firsthand how small, compounding adjustments completely reshape handling and driver feedback. It’s this deep dive into how hardware interacts under pressure, combined with my EV experience that drives how I evaluate performance and reliability for new vehicle platforms today.
Testimonials
Some people I’ve worked with say:
I’d like to recognise Suban for his commitment and attention to detail generally, and more recently for his assistance with manually updating a number of vehicles in Sydney. Suban’s focus on detail made a complex multilevel task much easier to execute. Well done, Suban, and thank you for your help with this project.
Phil
Thank you for all of your help with the FOTON testing.
